Let’s just say the keypad entry for each room is my favorite part as someone who always misplace hotel keys. She’s so accommodating. She got snacks just for my dietary needs. Needed to extend my stay and she didn’t make me rebook or go thru the lengthy process she handled everything for me.
My first stay and I have nothing bad to say. The hostess was actively responsive, which made check-in extremely easy. All other guests were pleasant to interact with and everyone was quiet and respectful of the shared space. There was enough space available in the refrigerator to store our food items, and there were complimentary grab & go breakfast options, snacks and beverages that were restocked daily. A hidden gem and I was lucky to find it.
